On the edge, LLC. was formalized in October of 1982 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Shortly after, On the edge Weddings was born. Deke Cloyd, one of the original founders, along with Scott Wolf, Kevin Smith and Simon Windell, have since then moved the corporate office to Spokane, Washington and developed a team of creatives that encompass divisions. Having each of these divisions close at hand makes things not only easier for On the edge to exceed the clients frequent changes and expectations, it also gives the client access to in-house pricing, quality and speed. The results are simply second to none.

Our divisions consist of Photography, Cinema, Graphic Design, Virtual (web dev) and Marketing. The managers in each of these divisions are specially trained individuals who not only lead a team of very talented and diverse individuals, they also teach what they lead in the educational and training facility of our 9000 sq. ft. warehouse. With 21 foot ceilings and plenty of space to accomplish all the special touches necessary for each job, whether in studio or on location, this environment and team encourages creativity and the right type of "impact" for each individual project. Our managers have had unsurpassed accomplishments that have gained them awards and recognition world wide. The client list is lengthy and couples have sent our teams to the far reaches of the earth just so the right images could be captured. Belonging to numerous photographic associations such as PSA, PPA, ASMP, WPPI and PDIA, this team is well equipped with the talents, history and knowledge to outperform any other competitor. They also hold a very high record for the most number of couples who have changed their wedding date, just so the "On the edge" team could shoot it. They are very proud of this and all the work they do every single day. They are not just good photographers, but a team of creatives who come up with immediate ideas that no other team can pull off.
